Refund and Returns Policy
Most of the Rocket Pool Store’s merchandise is created via a third party print-on-demand service. This means those products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported for wrong size, color, or simply because one changed their mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Contact us within 30 days to see if a refund or replacement is possible.
If you did not enter an email or other account details, you will likely be unable to return your item.
Currently, we are not carrying merchandise created by parties other than our pod/dropshipping service. If, in the future, we do carry other merchandise, the return policy might differ for those items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
